From the center of Xieng Khouang, head north towards the main road (Route 1). Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the bus station. From there, look for a local minivan or tuk-tuk heading to Phou Khoun. Inform the driver that you want to go to Scenic Viewpoint (CCFG+W7, Phou Khoun). The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Phou Khoun, you can ask locals for directions to the Scenic Viewpoint, which is a short walk from the main road.

Follow Route 1 for about 18 kilometers, which should take approximately 1-1.5 hours depending on your cycling speed. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Phou Khoun.
