If you are driving from central Jūrmala, head east on Jomas iela towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Turaidas iela. Turn left onto Turaidas iela and follow it as it curves into Rīgas iela. Continue on Rīgas iela until you see signs for Ragakāpa Nature Park. Look for the entrance, which is well-marked.
