Public Transport
To reach Dzintaru Pludmale via public transport, take a train from Riga to Jūrmala. Trains depart from Riga Central Station towards Tukums, Ķemeri, or Sloka. The ride to Majori station, the closest to the beach, takes approximately 30 minutes and costs between €1.20 and €1.50. From Majori station, walk northwest on Jūras iela for about 15 minutes to reach Dzintaru Pludmale. Alternatively, take local bus number 1 or 2 from the station to get closer to the beach area.
Car
If driving to Dzintaru Pludmale, head towards Jūrmala via the A10 highway. Follow signs to the beach and take the exit for Jūras iela. Continue straight and look for parking options near Turaidas iela 2, Jūrmala. Note that Jūrmala has a daily entry fee of €3, charged throughout the year. Parking fees vary depending on the location. Paid parking near Dzintaru Concert Hall costs €3.60 per hour, with the first 20 minutes free.
Walking
From Majori train station, exit and walk towards Jūras iela. Head northwest on Jūras iela for approximately 15 minutes until you reach Dzintaru Pludmale. The walk is straightforward and passes through the heart of Jūrmala, offering views of local shops and cafes.
