Dubulti Evangelical Lutheran Church: A Jurmala Landmark

The Dubulti Evangelical Lutheran Church, located in Jurmala, is a significant architectural and spiritual landmark. Completed in 1907, the church stands as one of the most expressive and monumental Art Nouveau buildings in the city. Designed by architects Wilhelm Ludwig Bockslaff and Edgar Woldemar Eduard Friesendorf, and constructed by Riga building contractor Krisjanis Kergalvis, the church can accommodate 750 worshippers.The church's architecture blends neo-Gothic and traditional Baltic elements, featuring a distinctive red brick exterior and a soaring spire that dominates the coastal skyline.
