From Kuldīga city center, head northwest on Liepājas iela towards Jāņa sēta. Continue onto Rīgas iela (A10) and follow the signs for Rīga. After about 2.5 km, turn left onto Rumba parish road (P108). Continue for approximately 4 km until you reach Riežupes smilšu alas, which will be on your right side. There is parking available near the entrance.
