Alberta Iela 13 stands as one of the most celebrated Art Nouveau buildings in Riga, a city renowned for its impressive collection of this architectural style. Designed by the architect Mikhail Eisenstein and constructed in 1904 , this residential building exemplifies the decorative and eclectic nature of Riga's Art Nouveau movement. The building was commissioned by State Councillor Andrey Lebedinsky, who also had Eisenstein design other apartment houses in the city.
