    Cēsis Castle is located in the heart of Cēsis, making it easily accessible on foot from most locations in the town center. From Rozu Square, walk south along Rigas iela, then turn left onto Pils laukums. The castle entrance will be on your right. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. No costs are involved.

  • Public Transport

    If arriving by train or bus to Cēsu AO (Cēsis Bus Station), take the local bus number 3009 from the 'Stacija' stop to 'Pils parks'. The journey takes approximately 4 minutes and costs €1-€2. From the 'Pils parks' bus stop, it is a short walk to the castle entrance.

    If driving, navigate to Pils laukums 9, Cēsis. Free parking is available near the castle, including parking next to Pils laukums with entry from Lenču street, next to Cēsis Art School with entry from Bērzaines iela, and at Pils laukums.
