Walking
If you're already in Agenskalns, one of the best ways to reach AB Dam is by walking. Head south towards the Daugava River and make your way to Daugavgrīvas iela, which runs parallel to the river. Follow Daugavgrīvas iela until you reach the bridge; cross over it to access the AB Dam area. The scenic walk along the riverbank offers beautiful views and takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
Public Transport
You can take a bus or tram to reach AB Dam. Look for bus stops around Agenskalns, such as the 'Agenskalna iela' stop. Catch Bus No. 11 or No. 19 towards 'Zemgale Suburb'. Alternatively, take Tram No. 7 or Tram No. 10 towards 'Daugavgrīva'. Get off at the 'Zemgale Suburb' stop for both options. From there, it's a short walk towards the river to reach the AB Dam. A single ticket costs approximately €1.15.
