    Getting There

    Walking

    From Riga's Old Town, cross the Akmens (Stone) Bridge. Once across, turn right and walk along AB Dambis. Arts Center NOASS will be on your left, floating on the river. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes and offers scenic views of the Daugava River and the city's spires. No costs are associated with walking.

    Public Transport

    From the city center, take tram number 5 or 7 to the 'Pārdaugava' stop. From there, walk towards the waterfront (approximately 10 minutes) to AB Dambis 2, where Arts Center NOASS is located. A single 90-minute e-ticket costs €1.50 and is valid for trams, buses and trolleybuses. Tickets can be purchased at kiosks, ticket machines, or via the Mobilly app.

    Taxi

    Taxis are readily available throughout Riga. A short taxi ride from the city center to Arts Center NOASS will cost approximately €6-8. Taxi fares are calculated based on time and distance, with a base fare of €2.50, approximately €0.70 per kilometer, and approximately €10 per hour of waiting time.
