    From Riga International Bus Station, take a bus to Bauska. Buses run frequently, approximately twice an hour, and the journey takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes. The ticket costs around €3.15. From Bauska Bus Station, take a local bus towards Code; the Rabbit Town stop is 'Code'. Check local bus schedules for precise timings. From the 'Code' bus stop, it's a short walk to Rabbit Town. Total cost: approximately €5-6.

    From Riga, take the A7 highway towards Bauska. The drive is approximately 67 km and takes about an hour. Rabbit Town is located on the side of the A7 highway in Codes parish. Parking is available near the site. Parking is free. Note: Check for any local parking regulations upon arrival.

Rabbit Town, nestled in the scenic Code parish of Bauska Municipality, is a unique open-air museum that promises a delightful experience for visitors of all ages. This miniature town features charming residential houses, a church, a town hall, and other buildings, all built to a scale suitable for their adorable inhabitants. Here, you'll encounter more than 35 breeds of rabbits, alongside other animals like Highlander cattle, goats, and poultry. The town's history began in 2009 when Ojārs Narvils started building the first rabbit homes in Vecumnieki Parish before establishing the current location in Code parish in 2012. Rabbit Town offers a beautiful place for passers-by to stop and spend part of the day with animals, in nature, in a tidy place. Visitors can buy fodder beets to feed the animals. The owner's heartfelt stories about his pets add a personal touch to the experience.
