    From Afriski Mountain Resort, head southeast on the main road (R712) towards Mokhotlong. Continue for approximately 15 km until a junction. Turn left onto the road to Mutlanyane and follow it for about 10 km, passing through scenic landscapes. Look for a sign indicating the Khukhune River Source as you approach Mutlanyane. Park safely and proceed on foot for the last kilometer. There are no parking fees.
