Walking
From the center of Aleksotas, head north on Maironio Street until you reach the intersection with J. Bakanausko Street. Turn left onto J. Bakanausko Street and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass residential buildings and some local shops along the way. The Kauno forto fortifikacija will be on your right at J. Bakanausko g. 99-89.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take bus number 28 or 30 from the nearest bus stop in Aleksotas. Board the bus heading towards Kaunas city center. Disembark at the 'J. Bakanausko g.' bus stop. From there, walk approximately 300 meters north on J. Bakanausko Street, and you will find Kauno forto fortifikacija on your left. The bus ticket costs around €1.00 and can be purchased from the driver.
