If you are starting from the Kaunas Old Town, head east on Maironio Street towards the intersection with Laisvės alėja (Liberty Avenue). Once you reach Laisvės alėja, turn right and walk south. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Church of St. Gertrude, which will be on your left at Laisvės al. 101B. The church is a distinctive building with a red brick facade, making it easy to spot.

From the Kaunas Old Town, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Maironio g.' on Maironio Street. Take bus number 29 towards 'Rudamina'. After approximately 5 stops, get off at 'Laisvės al. / Šv. Gertrūdos'. From there, walk about 200 meters back towards Laisvės al. and you will find the Church of St. Gertrude at Laisvės al. 101B.
