Walking
If you are in Aleksotas, start at the Aleksotas Church (Švč. Mergelės Marijos Gimimo bažnyčia). From there, head southeast on Radvilų g. for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with J. Bakanausko g. Turn right onto J. Bakanausko g. and continue walking for approximately 1.2 kilometers. You will see signs pointing towards Kauno forto fortifikacija. The fort will be on your left.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Aleksotas, walk to the nearest bus stop called 'Aleksoto st.' located on the main road. Board bus number 29 or 30, which will take you towards Kaunas city center. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Laisvės al. stop.' From there, transfer to bus number 4 or 5 heading towards 'Šančiai' and get off at the 'Dainų st.' stop. Walk back along Dainų st. and turn left onto J. Bakanausko g. The fort is located about 500 meters down the road on your right.
