Bus
Start at the main bus station in Vilnius (Vilniaus autobusų stotis). From there, take bus number 1 or 3 towards Trakai. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Trakai bus station (Trakų autobusų stotis). From the bus station, head straight onto Karaimų Street. Follow Karaimų Street for about 1 km, and you will see signs directing you to Castle Island Viewing Deck. The viewing deck is located on Castle Island, which is accessible via a short walk through the park.

Begin your journey at Vilnius Train Station (Vilniaus geležinkelio stotis). Take a train heading towards Trakai. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Trakai railway station, exit the station and turn left onto Vytauto Street. Follow this street until you reach Karaimų Street. Turn right onto Karaimų Street and walk for about 1 km. Look for signs that will lead you to the Castle Island Viewing Deck.

If you are already in the Trakai area, you can walk to Castle Island Viewing Deck. Start from the center of Trakai, near the Trakai Historical National Park information center. Head towards Lake Galvė and follow the lakeside path. You will see the Castle Island in the distance. As you approach, there will be signs directing you to the viewing deck. The walk takes around 15-20 minutes.
