From Trakai Island Castle, exit the castle grounds and head towards the main road. Turn left onto the main road (Karaimų g.). Continue walking straight for about 500 meters. The Trakai Tourist Information Center will be on your left at Karaimų g. 41. It is a short and pleasant walk along the lakeside.

If you prefer to take public transportation, first walk to the nearest bus stop located near the entrance of Trakai Island Castle. Look for buses heading towards the town center. Board any bus that arrives; they typically run every 20-30 minutes. Get off at the 'Trakai' stop, which is the main stop for the town. From there, walk along Karaimų g. for about 200 meters, and the Trakai Tourist Information Center will be on your right at Karaimų g. 41.
