Start your journey at Luxembourg City Train Station (Gare de Luxembourg). Purchase a ticket for Trier, Germany, from the ticket counter or machine. Board a train heading to Trier. The train ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Trier Train Station, exit the station.

From the Trier Train Station, exit and find the bus stop located directly outside. Take bus line 2 towards 'Kürenz' or 'Olewig' and get off at 'Amphitheater' stop. The amphitheater will be a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 5 minutes. Head southwest on Olewiger Strasse; the amphitheater will be on your right.

If you prefer to walk from the Trier Train Station, exit the station and head southeast on Bahnhofstraße towards Kaiserstraße. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes). Once you reach Olewiger Strasse, turn right and continue walking until you see the Trier Amphitheater on your left.
