Car
From the city of Fort Dauphin (Tôlanaro), head southeast on Route Nationale 13. Continue for approximately 12 kilometers. You will pass through some local villages and may encounter some potholes, so drive carefully. Look for signs directing you to Libanona Beach. After about 12 kilometers, turn right onto a smaller road that leads directly to the beach. Keep going until you reach the parking area near the beachfront.

Public Transportation (Taxi-Brousse)
In Fort Dauphin, go to the main taxi-brousse station and find a taxi-brousse heading towards Libanona. The fare should be around 1,000 to 2,000 Ariary (approx. $0.30 to $0.60 USD). The journey will take about 30 minutes. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off near the entrance to Libanona Beach. From there, you may have to walk for about 10 minutes down a dirt path to reach the beach.
