Walking
From Ampefiloha, head south on Rue de l'Indépendance until you reach the intersection with Avenue de l'Université. Turn left onto Avenue de l'Université and continue walking straight for about 1 km. As you approach the intersection with Avenue de Tsimbazaza, you will see the entrance to Tsimbazaza Zoo and Botanical Gardens on your right. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport (Taxi-Brousse)
If you prefer to use public transport, walk to the nearest taxi-brousse station on Avenue de l'Université. Take a taxi-brousse heading towards Anosy. Inform the driver you want to get off at the Tsimbazaza stop (you can ask local passengers for help if needed). The fare is typically around 500-1000 MGA. After getting off, walk a short distance back towards the zoo, which will be visible. This journey should take around 10-15 minutes.

If you are comfortable cycling, consider renting a bicycle from a local rental shop in Ampefiloha. Head south towards Avenue de l'Indépendance, then turn left onto Avenue de l'Université.
