Getting There

Walking
From the center of Toamasina, start at Place de la République and head east on Avenue de l'Indépendance. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Route Nationale 2. Cross the road carefully and head towards the coast. Follow the signs for the beach until you reach the waterfront. From here, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the shoreline, which will eventually lead you to the outskirts of Tapakala Village. Keep walking until you see signs indicating the direction to Tapakala, which is approximately 2 km away from the beach.
