Walking

If you are starting from the Jordan Pond House, head south on the Jordan Pond Road. Follow the road as it curves to the left. You will see the entrance to the Jordan Pond Path on your right. The trailhead is clearly marked. Once you are on the path, you will enjoy stunning views of the pond and the surrounding mountains.
Bicycle

From the Bar Harbor Village Green, head south on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3 and continue until you reach the entrance to Acadia National Park. Once in the park, follow the signs for Jordan Pond House. Continue on Jordan Pond Road and look for the path entrance on your right just past the house.
Public Transportation (Island Explorer Shuttle)

Catch the Island Explorer Shuttle at any of the designated stops in Bar Harbor. You will want to take the Green Line shuttle which goes directly to Jordan Pond. Once you arrive at the Jordan Pond stop, walk towards the Jordan Pond House and the path entrance will be just a short walk past the house on your right.
