    From Greater Portland, take I-295 North towards Brunswick. Continue on I-295 North for about 30 miles. Take exit 28 for US-1 North towards Bath/Brunswick. Follow US-1 North for approximately 16 miles. Turn left onto ME-27 North towards Boothbay Harbor. Continue on ME-27 North for about 11 miles until you reach New Harbor. Turn right onto Colonial Pemaquid Drive, and the Colonial Pemaquid State Historic Site will be on your left. Note that parking is available on-site, and there may be an entrance fee.

    Take the Metro Bus from Portland to Brunswick. From the bus station in Brunswick, transfer to the Midcoast Regional Transit District (MRTD) bus towards Boothbay Harbor. Get off at the stop nearest to New Harbor. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach Colonial Pemaquid State Historic Site.
