From Greater Portland, take I-295 N towards Brunswick. Continue for about 40 miles. Take exit 28 for ME-1 S towards Boothbay Harbor. Follow ME-1 S for approximately 18 miles. When you reach West Boothbay Harbor, turn left onto McKown Point Rd. The Maine State Aquarium will be on your right. Note: Parking is available on-site, and there may be a small fee depending on the season.
