Walking
If you're starting from the South Portland Community Center, exit the building and head east on Broadway. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and walk for another 0.3 miles until you reach the Casco Bay Bridge. Cross the bridge on the pedestrian walkway, enjoying the views of the bay. Once you reach the end of the bridge, continue straight onto Franklin Street in Portland. After about 0.2 miles, turn right onto Congress Street. Our Lady of Victories Monument will be located at 456 Congress St, on your left. It's just a short walk from here.

Public Transportation
From the South Portland Bus Terminal, take the METRO Bus Route 21 towards Portland. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop at Congress Street and High Street. From there, walk west on Congress Street for about 0.2 miles. The monument will be located at 456 Congress St, on your left. This is a great way to experience the local public transport system while heading to your destination.

If you prefer biking, start at the South Portland Greenbelt Trail. Head north until you reach the end of the trail and exit onto Broadway. Follow Broadway east until you reach Main Street, then turn left. Continue on Main Street until you reach the Casco Bay Bridge. Cross the bridge using the designated bike lane. Once in Portland, continue straight onto Franklin Street and then turn right on Congress Street. Our Lady of Victories Monument will be at 456 Congress St, on your left. Be sure to follow all bike safety rules while navigating through these areas.
