Once you reach the intersection with Route 35, continue straight onto Route 1. Follow Route 1 for approximately 2 miles until you see signs for New Castle. After that, follow the signs to Wentworth Road. The Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse is located at the Coast Guard Station on Wentworth Road.
