Continue on ME-3 for approximately 11 miles until you reach Prospect. Turn onto Ft Knox Rd, and you will find Fort Knox and the Penobscot Narrows Observatory at 740 Ft Knox Rd, Prospect, ME 04981. There is a parking fee of approximately $5 for vehicles.
