From Kande Beach, head south on the M5 road towards the town of Nkhata Bay. Continue on the M5 for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Mzuzu Road (M1). Turn right onto the M1 and drive for about 30 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Belekia. The coordinates for Belekia are approximately -12.136182 latitude and 33.823659 longitude. There is no entrance fee for Belekia as it is a national forest area.

Start at Kande Beach by taking a minibus to Nkhata Bay. Minibuses frequently depart and should cost around 1,000 MWK. Once you arrive in Nkhata Bay, transfer to another minibus heading towards Mzuzu.
