Car

If you are driving to The Thyolo House, start from the main road in Thyolo Highlands. Head east on the A1 road towards Thyolo town. After approximately 5 km, take the exit towards Thyolo town. Continue straight until you reach the center of Thyolo. From there, look for signs leading to Box 300. The Thyolo House is located on the outskirts of Thyolo town, just off the main road. Ensure you have a GPS or map application ready, as some side roads may not be well marked.

Public Transportation

To reach The Thyolo House using public transportation, take a minibus from Blantyre to Thyolo. The minibuses leave from the main bus station in Blantyre and the fare is approximately MWK 1,000. Once you arrive in Thyolo, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Box 300, which should cost around MWK 500 to MWK 1,000 depending on negotiation. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they know the location of The Thyolo House.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Blantyre to The Thyolo House. The journey will take about 30 minutes and should cost between MWK 10,000 to MWK 15,000. Ensure to agree on the fare before starting your journey. The taxi driver can drop you directly at Box 300, Thyolo.
