From Komtar, head south on Jalan Penang towards Jalan Magazine. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Jalan Phee Choon. Turn right onto Jalan Phee Choon, and after a short walk of about 200 meters, you'll find the Majestic Theatre on your left at number 31.

Turn left onto Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling and continue until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jalan Phee Choon and walk for about 400 meters. The Majestic Theatre will be on your right at number 31.
