If you are at the famous Penang Street Art area, start at Armenian Street. Walk towards the east until you reach the junction with Jalan Penang. Turn left onto Jalan Penang and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will see The TOP Penang on your right at 1, Jln Penang.
