Walking
If you are in the heart of George Town, start your journey at the iconic Fort Cornwallis. Head east on Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah until you reach the junction with Jalan Lebuh Light. Turn left onto Jalan Lebuh Light and continue until you reach the intersection with Jalan Penang. Turn right on Jalan Penang, and you will see the vibrant street art and local shops along the way. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling. Turn left onto Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling, and after about 200 meters, you will find 槟城天后宫 (Penang Teochew Temple) on your left, marked by its beautiful architecture and decorations.
Public Transport
Begin at the nearest bus stop, such as the one near Komtar. Board the Rapid Penang bus number 101 or 102, which will take you towards the direction of George Town's popular attractions. Get off at the stop near Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling. From there, walk down Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling until you reach the temple after a short 5-minute walk. Look for the distinct traditional architecture of 槟城天后宫.
Cycling
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops around George Town. Start your ride from the Esplanade, heading north on Jalan Padang Kota Lama. Continue along the waterfront until you reach Jalan Penang. Turn left onto Jalan Penang, and cycle until you arrive at the junction with Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling. Turn left again onto Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling, and you will soon see 槟城天后宫 on your left side. The ride should take approximately 15 minutes, depending on your pace.
