From Johor Bahru City Square, head to the nearby Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal. Take a bus heading towards Singapore, specifically look for services going to Orchard Road or any bus that crosses the border into Singapore. Ensure you have your passport ready for customs checks. After crossing the border, get off at Orchard Road. From Orchard Road, you can take bus service 105 from the bus stop at Orchard Boulevard. The bus will take you directly to the Singapore Botanic Gardens, which is a short walk from the Forest Discovery Centre (Atbara).

From Johor Bahru, take a bus to the Kranji MRT station in Singapore. Once you cross the border, use the bus services like 170 or 160 to reach Kranji MRT. From Kranji MRT, take the North South Line towards Marina South Pier and alight at Orchard MRT station. From Orchard MRT, take Exit A, and walk to the bus stop at Orchard Boulevard to catch bus 105 to the Singapore Botanic Gardens. The Forest Discovery Centre (Atbara) is located within the gardens, just a short walk away.
