Walking
If you are in the Likas area, you can reach Teluk Likas Beach by walking. Start from the Likas Sports Complex, which is a well-known landmark. Head southeast on Jalan Likas for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Jalan Tanjung Lipat. Turn left onto Jalan Tanjung Lipat and walk straight for another 800 meters. The beach will be on your right. The entire walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

From Likas, you can catch a local bus heading towards the City Center. Board any bus that stops at the Likas Bus Terminal. The fare is usually around 1-2 MYR. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Tanjung Lipat area. Once you get off, walk down Jalan Tanjung Lipat for about 300 meters to reach the beach. This journey may take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
