If you are starting from the Kuala Terengganu City Centre, head east on Jalan Bandar towards Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin. Continue walking straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection at Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin. Payang Walk, Heritage Rickshaw is located at 19, Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin, which should be on your left side.

Take the local bus service from the main bus terminal in Kuala Terengganu. Look for buses heading towards the city center or specifically those that stop at Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin. Once you arrive at the designated stop, walk for about 100 meters towards the north along Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin, and you will find Payang Walk, Heritage Rickshaw at number 19 on your right.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Kuala Terengganu waterfront area and head towards the city center. Follow the cycling paths along the river until you reach Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin. Turn onto Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin and continue cycling for about 1 kilometer. Payang Walk, Heritage Rickshaw will be on your right at number 19.
