Walking
If you are starting from the Kuching Waterfront, head towards the Main Bazaar. From the Main Bazaar, walk towards the Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Jalan Padungan. Walk along Jalan Padungan until you reach the Sarawak River. Once at the river, find a ferry terminal; take a ferry across the Sarawak River to Fort Margherita. The ferry ride is short and offers beautiful views of Kuching. After disembarking, follow the signs leading to Fort Margherita, which is just a short walk from the ferry terminal.

Public Transport
From the Kuching City Centre, take a local bus or ride-sharing service to the nearest bus stop on Jalan Padungan. Once you arrive at the bus stop, walk towards the Sarawak River. You will find the ferry terminal there. Board the ferry to Fort Margherita. The ferry operates regularly, and the ride provides stunning views of the river and the surrounding areas. After reaching Fort Margherita, follow the signs to the gallery.
