If you are in the Jonker Street area, start by heading east on Jalan Hang Jebat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock. Turn right onto Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will find the Malaqa House Museum at 70, Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock, on your right.

From A Famosa, exit the fort and head east on Jalan Kota. When you reach the roundabout, take the first exit onto Jalan Tun Ali. Continue straight until you see the intersection with Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock, then turn left. The Malaqa House Museum will be approximately 500 meters ahead on your left at 70, Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock.

Start at St. Paul's Hill and descend towards Jalan Laksamana Cheng Ho. Once you reach the bottom, turn right onto Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock. Walk along this road for about 600 meters. The Malaqa House Museum will be on your left at 70, Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock.
