If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the main entrance of Taman Negara National Park, located at Kuala Tahan. From Kuala Tahan, head southeast on Jalan Taman Negara for approximately 4 kilometers. You will encounter a fork in the road; take the left path leading towards Kampung Paya. Continue driving for about 8 kilometers until you reach the sign for Camp Puteh. Park your car in the designated area nearby, as direct access to Camp Puteh may be limited.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Kuala Lumpur to Jerantut. Once you arrive in Jerantut, transfer to a local bus heading to Kuala Tahan. The bus ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon reaching Kuala Tahan, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to take you to Camp Puteh. The taxi ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes, and fares are typically around RM 20-30.

Boat Transfer
Once you arrive at Kuala Tahan, you can also opt for a boat transfer to reach Camp Puteh. Head to the river jetty and inquire about boat services that go to the nearby campgrounds. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes and offers a scenic view of the river and surrounding rainforest. The cost for the boat transfer is typically around RM 40 per person.
