  • Speedboat

    The primary way to reach Meeru Island Resort & Spa from Velana International Airport (MLE) in Malé is via speedboat. Upon arrival at the airport, a resort representative will escort you to the speedboat. The speedboat transfer takes approximately 55 minutes, covering a distance of about 45 km. The round trip speedboat transfer costs approximately USD 200 per adult and USD 100 per child (2-12 years) from May 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025. From November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026, the cost is USD 210 per adult and USD 105 per child. Infants under 2 years travel free. A private speedboat transfer is also available for USD 600 per adult. The last speedboat departs from Malé Airport at 21:00 hours.
