Getting There

    From the main ferry terminal in Malé, head southwest along the waterfront promenade towards Chaandhanee Magu. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the National Museum. The museum will be on your left side, identifiable by its large entrance and gardens.

    If you are near the Maldives Islamic Centre, exit the building and head east towards the waterfront. Turn right and walk along the promenade until you reach the end of the road. Turn left onto Chaandhanee Magu and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The National Museum will be on your right side.

    From the Central Market, head north along the main road for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Chaandhanee Magu. Turn right onto Chaandhanee Magu and walk for another 3 minutes. The National Museum will be on your left side, close to the end of the street.

    If you are at the Old Friday Mosque, exit the mosque and head south towards the main road. Turn right and walk along the road for about 7 minutes until you reach Chaandhanee Magu. Turn left and you will find the National Museum on your left side after a short walk.
