    From the 'Bahrija' bus stop, follow the road through Bahrija's main street and take the first right. Continue for approximately 2 km; when the road starts to descend, take another right. This leads to a small car park. From the car park, a narrow footpath leads to the bay, running along a ledge, so proceed with caution. The walk down to the beach takes around 20 minutes. There are no access fees.

  • Taxi

    A taxi from Valletta to Fomm Ir-Rih Bay is approximately 20 km and takes around 25 minutes. Expect to pay around €25-€35 for the trip. Note that mobile reception at the bay can be unreliable, so pre-booking a return taxi is recommended.
