After approximately 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the Upper Barracca Gardens. From there, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Grand Harbour and the Three Cities. Ponsonby's Column is a short walk from the gardens; simply exit the gardens, turn left, and walk along the edge of the Upper Barracca until you see the column ahead. It should take around 5 minutes.
