Bus
From Paola, head to the nearest bus stop which is located on Triq il-Knisja. Take the bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the last stop in Valletta, which is the main bus terminal. From there, walk towards Republic Street, which is a short 5-minute walk. The National Museum of Archaeology will be on your right.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Paola at the Paola square. Head southwest on Triq il-Knisja, then turn left onto Triq il-Madonna. Continue straight until you reach the main road (Triq il-Linja) and turn right. Follow this road until you reach Valletta. Once you enter Valletta, continue straight until you reach Republic Street. The National Museum of Archaeology will be on your left. The walk takes approximately 30-40 minutes.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from Paola to Valletta. Simply find a taxi at one of the taxi stands, or use a ride-hailing app. Inform the driver to take you to Republic Street, Valletta. The ride typically takes around 15 minutes depending on traffic.
