Bus
From Qawra, head to the nearest bus stop at the Qawra seafront. Look for the bus route number 101 or 102, which travels towards Għarb. Make sure to board the bus heading to Għarb. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Għarb bus stop, disembark and look for signs directing you towards the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta' Pinu. The shrine is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Head straight down Triq il-Knisja (Church Street), and then take a right onto Ta' Pinu Road where you will see the Basilica ahead.
Walking
If you are already in Qawra and prefer to walk, head towards the coast and follow the promenade until you reach the end. From there, follow the signs towards Għarb. This route will take you through some scenic areas and will take approximately 2-3 hours. Once you reach Għarb, continue to the Basilica by walking along Ta' Pinu Road, which is well-marked and easy to navigate.
Taxi
You can also opt for a taxi from any point in Qawra. Simply request a taxi to take you to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta' Pinu in Għarb. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey or ensure the meter is running.
