    From St. Julian's, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the main road (Triq Sant' Andrija) near the Spinola Bay area. You can catch bus number 13 or 14 towards Valletta. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Valletta, get off at the last stop. From there, walk along Republic Street until you reach the Parliament Building, which will be on your left.

    Head to the Sliema Ferry Terminal, which is about a 20-minute walk from St. Julian's. Once at the terminal, take the ferry to Valletta. The ferry ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Walk straight up to Republic Street, and you will find the Parliament Building a short walk ahead on your right.
