Turn left onto West Street, and keep walking until you reach the bus stop at West Street and Church Circle. Here, you can catch a Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus to Washington, DC. Take the MTA bus towards Washington, DC, and get off at the stop closest to Dupont Circle, which is roughly a 30-minute ride. Once you disembark, you will be at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and 19th Street NW. From there, walk down 19th Street towards Dupont Circle until you reach the iconic circle.

    From anywhere in downtown Annapolis, locate the nearest bus stop serving the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA). The MTA provides bus services to Washington, DC. Board the bus that is heading towards Washington, DC, and make sure to ask the driver if it stops at Dupont Circle. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive, disembark at the stop near Dupont Circle. From there, you can easily walk around the circle and explore the area.
