From the center of Annapolis, head northeast on Main Street towards East Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Church Circle. Follow the signs to Route 50 and cross the bridge towards Eastport. Once you reach the foot of the bridge, look for the Annapolis Water Taxi service or use the public transportation bus service to get to Baltimore. Once in Baltimore, head to the nearest metro station and take the metro towards Johns Hopkins Hospital. Get off at the Shot Tower/Market Place station. From there, walk east on East Pratt Street for about 10 minutes until you reach 844 E Pratt St, the Star Spangled Banner Flag House.

From downtown Annapolis, take the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus number 70 towards Baltimore. The bus stop is located near the City Dock on Main Street. Stay on the bus until you reach the Baltimore City Hall stop. Once you arrive, transfer to the Light RailLink and take the light rail towards Hunt Valley. Get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, walk east along Baltimore Street until you reach East Pratt Street.
