From Assateague Island National Seashore, head northwest on Assateague Island Access Road toward MD-611 N. After approximately 3 miles, turn right onto MD-611 N. Continue on MD-611 N for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection with Coastal Hwy (US-50). Turn left onto Coastal Hwy, and after about 2 miles, turn right onto S Atlantic Ave. Ripley's Believe It or Not! will be located at 401 S Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD 21842.

If you are using public transportation, start by taking the Shore Transit Bus Route 1 from Assateague Island to the nearest bus stop in Berlin, MD. From Berlin, transfer to the Shore Transit Route 4 heading towards Ocean City. The bus will take you directly to Ocean City. Once you arrive at the end of the route, walk about 0.5 miles south on Coastal Hwy (US-50) and then turn right onto S Atlantic Ave to reach Ripley's Believe It or Not! located at 401 S Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD 21842.
