Car
From Assateague Island, take the MD-611 N (Stephen Decatur Highway) towards Ocean City. Continue on MD-611 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 50. Merge onto Route 50 E towards Ocean City. After about 4 miles, take the exit for MD-528 S (Coastal Highway) and merge onto it. Continue on Coastal Highway for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto S Atlantic Ave, and you will find Ripley's Marvelous Mirror Maze at 401 S Atlantic Ave on your right. Parking is available in the area, but note that there may be parking fees depending on the time of year.

If you're using public transportation, start by taking the BayRunner Shuttle service from Assateague Island to Ocean City. The shuttle typically runs from the Assateague Island Visitor Center to various locations in Ocean City. Once you arrive in Ocean City, you can either walk or take a local bus (the OC Trolley) towards S Atlantic Ave. Get off at the stop closest to 401 S Atlantic Ave, where Ripley’s Marvelous Mirror Maze is located. Be sure to check the shuttle and trolley schedules for the most accurate timing.
