To reach Great Falls, side parking from Billy Goat Trail, start by heading southeast on the trail toward MacArthur Blvd. Once you reach MacArthur Blvd, turn left and drive for about 0.5 miles. Look for the Great Falls Park entrance on your right. The side parking area is located just after the entrance. Note that there may be a parking fee of around $10 for visitors.

From Billy Goat Trail, if you are near the nearest bus stop, take the Ride On Bus #47 towards the Rockville Metro Station. Get off at the stop at MacArthur Blvd and Great Falls Park. From there, you can walk approximately 0.4 miles to the side parking area. Be aware that public transport schedules may vary, so checking the latest schedule in advance is recommended.

If you prefer to walk from the main entrance of Billy Goat Trail to Great Falls side parking, exit the trail and head towards MacArthur Blvd. Once you reach the intersection, cross safely to MacArthur Blvd and continue walking south for about 0.5 miles.
