From any location in Catoctin Mountain Area, drive towards Middletown, MD. If you are on Route 70, take Exit 42 for MD-17 towards Middletown. Follow MD-17 North for about 8 miles. Turn right onto Zittlestown Rd, and in about 1 mile, you will reach Washington Monument State Park, located at 6620 Zittlestown Rd, Middletown, MD 21769. Parking is available on-site.
